July 8, 2016, Rybinsk. – NPO Saturn PJSC celebrating in 2016 its 100th anniversary will become a play field of the UEC II Corporate WorldSkills Competition of young professionals. The Competition will take place on July 11-15, 2016 in Rybinsk. About 250 people will take part in the event: organizers, competitors, chief experts of the WorldSkills Russia and expert-specialists of the UEC companies, participants of the business program.
The program of UEC II Corporate WorldSkills Competition includes competitions in the individual event of skills CNC Milling (venue – NPO Saturn PJSC Training Center), CNC Turning (venue – NPO Saturn PJSC Training Center), Engineering Graphics - CAD (venue – NPO Saturn PJSC Aviation Training Center), Aviation Equipment Maintenance (venue – NPO Saturn PJSC Aviation Training Center), Welding (venue – Shop No. 904 of JSC UEC-Gas Turbines), as well as engineering teams competitions in the skills presentation developed to the procedure of TechnoPRORYV corporate program (venue – NPO Saturn PJSC Training Center).
Young specialists aged up to 28 from 13 UEC companies will take part in the professional competition in six skills. Besides, students and graduates from the basic educational institutions: Perm Aviation Technical School, Perm Industrial and Information Technologies College, Ufa Mechanical Engineering College, Ekaterinburg College of Branch Technologies and Service, and Rybinsk Industrial-Economic College will perform in four teams.
As part of the business program of the UEC II Corporate WorldSkills Competition, a HR-forum is planned, wherein representatives of personnel departments of the UEC companies will take part. During four days the participants will exchange corporate practices in implementation of occupational standards and share best practices in planning human resources, labor effort recording and incentive programs at the UEC companies.
NPO Saturn PJSC was selected to carry out the UEC Competition as a result of multi-years successful work of the modern corporate training center and experience in carrying out in-house, regional, and branch professional skills competitions, WorldSkills Competition included. Thus, in 2014 at the premises of NPO Saturn PJSC Training Center students of the Rybinsk Industrial-Economic College were trained to participate in the Second National WorldSkills Russia in Kazan. At NPO Saturn PJSC Training Center the First Regional Competition of the Yaroslavl region was held in the skills CNC Turning and Milling. Here in 2015 the professional skill competition of the UEC JSC Commercial Engines Division took place. Specialists of the company worked as experts at the WorldSkills Competitions of various levels. In April 2016 NPO Saturn PJSC became a partner of the Department for Education of the Yaroslavl region in organizing and holding a semi-final of the National Competition of young professionals - WorldSkills Russia - in the Central Federal District of Russia.
NPO Saturn PJSC will not only become the play field for the UEC II Corporate WorldSkills Competition, but will put out a representative team to take part in the competition.
As for the CNC Milling, CNC operator, skill-category 5, Shop 794 Egor Tekotov and CNC operator, skill-category 4, Shop 5 Aleksandr Pikunov will participate on behalf of NPO Saturn PJSC.
As for the CNC Turning, CNC operator, skill-category 5, Shop 767 Aleksandr Soloviev and CNC operator, skill-category 4, Shop 5 Aleksandr Venikov will represent NPO Saturn PJSC.
As for the Engineering Graphics - CAD, design engineers of category 3 Vadim Sokolov and Nikolai Mukha from the Turbine Design Department will participate on behalf of NPO Saturn PJSC.
To participate in the business role-playing game TechnoPRORYVВ, the NPO Saturn PJSC team will include an economist, category 2, Mikhail Poletaev, economist, category 2, Alena Yaroslavtseva, Head of the Technological Bureau, SaM146 parts/assembly units support, Shop 49 Aleksandr Chernyshov, Senior Process Engineer of the Chief Process Engineer Department Mikhail Ukolkin, Senior specialist of the Production System Development Department Maria Smirnova, Head of Bureau, Electrochemical Machining, Experimental Technological Laboratory Dmitrii Shchekoturov, design engineer of the Turbine Design Department Dmitrii Khomenko, design engineer of the Strength Design Department Valerii Kim.
As experts on behalf of NPO Saturn PJSC the following persons will take part in the competitions: in the CNC Turning – Senior Foreman, production training, Training Center Sergei Burov; in the CNC Milling – specialists, production training, Training Center Mikhail Ivanov and Nikolai Sokov; in the Engineering Graphics - CAD – Head of Department, Compliance Verification of Design Documentation, General Designer Department Marina Oreshkina and Senior Design Engineer of the Turbine Design Department Evgeny Bondarev.
Winners of the UEC II Corporate WorldSkills Competition will be permitted to join the all-Rostec Team to take part in the III National Competition of cross-industry professions of high-tech industries - WorldSkills Hi-Tech-2016 in Ekaterinburg.
