Thus, since the beginning of 2016, some 128 people have been employed at the Company; herewith the total production workers number comprises 44 people.
At production ramp-up in 2016, as regards the planned values we do not enhance the process of personnel recruitment; we consolidate human resources at individual positions and take corresponding managerial decisions. Thus, in connection with the increased volume of engineering preproduction and a shortage of process engineers, beginning in May 2016 we increased by 50% the basic wages of this category of employees.
It should be noted that in 2015 we would employ to outstaffing contracts and planned employment of 200 outstaffers to work in conditions of 2016. However, the crisis developments made a number of the companies of the region embark on employee displacement. Thus, specialists of the required qualification level appeared on the labor market. So NPO Saturn, having completely focused on the internal labor market, practically with the same staff level ramps up production in accordance with customer needs”.
