Within the framework of this program we have been working with Russian corporations for a few years already, searching for technologies of their interest and making pilot projects to implement them in production. NPO Saturn PJSC has been our partner for the second year in a row. In 2016 Saturn has participated in the NTI, a big federal initiative, and Saturn is the main driver of the "TechNet" workgroup. This year, together with Saturn we hope to succeed in getting some projects which will provide the basis for the "Factory of the Future" platform and will be used for Russian enterprises' competitive recovery".
Dmitry Ivanov, Innovative Development Director of NPO Saturn PJSC, says: "Today, the "TechNet" track, a face-to-face part of the accelerative program of federal technology start-up contest GenerationS, has started at Saturn's Training Center. It was organized with the assistance of the NTI "TechNet" workgroup, whose industrial partner is NPO Saturn PJSC. The main objective and task of the accelerative program are to develop the technological ideas and projects we were collecting during the selection throughout the year to the level of sales and ready-made business. Today, 15 teams with different technological ideas have come to NPO Saturn's premises. Our task is to adapt the ideas to Saturn's needs within quite a short period of time, to attract foreign investors to them and to implement them in NPO Saturn's production in future. Projects of Saturn’s interest at different levels of readiness are presented here, and we should take a close look at each of them and understand how they can be applied in new development projects and production processes of our enterprise".
