January 25, 2018, Rybinsk. – Opening of TechNet track acceleration program of federal accelerator of technological start-ups GenerationS-2017 from RBK took place today in Rybinsk at PJSC UEC-Saturn (a part of United Engine Corporation of Rostec State Corporation Company). Dmitry Mironov, the governor of the Yaroslavl region, Viktor Polyakov, deputy General Director – Managing Director of PJSC UEC-Saturn, Mikhail Antonov, deputy General Director – RBK innovation infrastructure development director, Marina Kustova, deputy Head of UEC Innovation Development Department, Aleksandr Fertman, Sciences, Technologies and Education Director of Skolkovo Fund, Nina Yanykina, co-founder of techno-broker company Business Alliance – Dean of ITMO University, Dmitry Ivanov, Innovation Development Director of PJSC UEC-Saturn, representatives of industry and universities of the Yaroslavl region, and, of course, start-up projects participants selected from 399 applicants from across Russia took part in the opening ceremony.
Acceleration program consists of 10 days saturated with practical work. Start-ups participants will spend them in Rybinsk, the Yaroslavl region, in joint activities with the experts of industrial partner, adopting the best practices of high-technology products industrial systems formation, getting acquainted with the procedures of technologies introduction in state corporations, with technical needs of the enterprises of the Yaroslavl region and with the regional innovation infrastructure.Dmitry Mironov

, deputy General Director – Managing Director of PJSC UEC-Saturn: “Today we open acceleration program in the new shop №140, one of the best production of turbine blades in the world will be launched in this shop till the end of the year with delivery and installation of all the required equipment. Part of technological solutions will be based on advanced production technologies, such as additive technologies, digital designing and modeling, industrial internet. It will be our first significant step towards establishment of the Factory of the Future. We anticipate that part of the project engineers present in this hall will be able to introduce their solutions into technological processes of the Turbine Blades Center of Excellence”.
In 2017 399 applications for participation in TechNet track were submitted from representatives of the projects in the area of digital designing and modeling, additive technologies, industrial internet, sensor systems, robotechnics, CNC-technologies. Following the results of distance expertise, 40 teams from 24 cities of the Moscow and Leningrad regions, the Volga region, Btryat and Komi Republic, Western Siberia, Ural and Krasnodar Krai were invited to Bootcamp, where they updated their presentations together with experts and presented their inventions to the partners.
On-site screening of TechNet track of the biggest RBK GenerationS accelerator in Russia and Eastern Europe took place in January 2018 in Moscow. Members of workgroup TechNet NTI – co-organizer of the track, leading specialists of the industrial partner – PJSC UEC-Saturn and Investment partner – RT-Business Development approved 13 projects for the production test site of the Factory of the Future.Mikhail Antonov

GenerationS — the biggest start-up accelerator in Russia and Eastern Europe, federal platform of corporate acceleration instruments development. It is held by RBK starting from 2013. More than 20 Russian corporations annually become industrial partners of GenerationS, and for the benefit of them selection and acceleration of start-ups is performed. According to the results of multi-step expertise, GenerationS participants get wide capabilities for business development and investments attractions, access to resources and infrastructure of accelerator’s partners. In 2017 3470 applications from 13 countries across the world were submitted for participation in GenerationS.
