February 14, 2019, Rybinsk. –The "Saturn" monthly corporate newspaper and the "TrampoLEAN to Success" magazine published by UEC-Saturn PJSC are among the best publications issued by industrial companies in 2019 as ranked by the business portal “Production Management”.
The rating was compiled among the corporate periodicals that published their material on the “Production Management” portal throughout the year 2018. More than 250 corporate magazines and newspapers took part in the rating by submitting their material to the portal or posting it in the free-access domain.
The corporate periodicals "Saturn" and "TrampoLEAN to Success" rank among the top ten in the main nomination "TOP-20 Best Corporate Newspapers" and among the top five in the industrial category "Mechanical Engineering: TOP-20 Best Corporate Newspapers".
The results of this noncommercial project held for the ninth time are solely dependent on readers' interest. The greater total number of visits to all published articles a certain corporate periodical has, the higher its rank is.
By tradition, the most popular articles as rated by reading audience in 2018 were those about practical experience acquired by companies in the following fields: development of production systems, growth in operational effectivity and labour productivity; quality management system development; forming of an HR policy, an employee pool and personnel training; technical upgrading and modernization of production, management of large projects; introduction of new information technologies; digital production and other subjects.
The corporate periodicals of UEC-Saturn have more than once taken the lead in the rating among industrial companies of Russia and CIS countries according to the “Production Management” business portal.
The corporate monthly newspaper "Saturn" has been published since 1929. It tells its readers about all the business segments of UEC-Saturn and contributes to the exposure of the company's achievements and events, its people, projects, products and techniques to thousands of the company's employers, specialists of the industry and general public.
"TrampoLEAN to Success" has been published since 2014. The magazine writes about the application of different methods and tools for the analysis and improvement of business processes, modern methods of production system management and development. Every year a special issue of the newspaper is dedicated to the International Technological Forum "Innovations. Technologies. Manufacturing" co-organized by the government of the Yaroslavl Region, United Engines Corporation JSC, UEC-Saturn PJSC, the Rybinsk administration and the Soloviev Rybinsk State Aviation Technical University.
