In the words of Anatoly Lysenko

We had a meeting with students of the 10th forms. The objective of our meeting was to help upper-form students to form their choice in professional self-identification, and to find their “ticket to the future” in the remaining learning time. In the direct conversation with our young specialists many of them received answers to the most questions of their concern. Such meetings help us identify talented students, and then support their choice through employer-sponsored education in the basic for UEC-Saturn universities, after graduation they will come back to Rybinsk and define Saturn’s future.”
Composition of the round table from UEC-Saturn can be named “starry”. The event was attended by young specialists – winners of different competitions, who in one way or another other approved themselves in professional sphere, and, despite their tender age, achieved definite success in their fields of activity. Tenth-graders were interested not only in professional activities, they asked questions also about hobbies, they wanted to know what had helped them to choose the line of profession correctly, who and what had contributed to it and so on. Finally the official event turned out into friendly dialogue between schoolchildren and representatives of Saturn’s young generation, yesterday’s students of technical universities, and now rather successful young and promising specialists of PJSC UEC-Saturn. Nikita Fedorov
, engineer-technologist of shop 790: “My way to engineership was clear and evident, as far as all my relatives are working at UEC-Saturn, so I couldn’t imagine another place of work. I’m working in laboratory-industrial shop 790, I’m in charge of implementation of different projects in the sphere of additive technologies. I’m sure that it will be very useful for the young generation to know about this up-to-date and fascinating domain of our company, and maybe interest in this topic will bring some of the kids to choose this direction.”“Such meetings are very advantageous for children, and cooperation of the enterprise with an educational institution is just imperative
, - said Alexander Lisitsin
