April 10, 2019, Rybinsk. – National project “Labour efficiency and employment support” implementation issues have been reviewed by representatives of the Yaroslavl region investments and industry department and managers of 49 industrial enterprises of the region on the 9th of April, 2019 at PJSC “UEC-Saturn” (a part of United Engine Corporation of Rostec State Corporation Company). Participants of the meeting became acquainted with the programs of labour efficiency improvement using the projects implemented at UEC-Saturn as an example.

, Deputy General Director – Managing Director of PJSC “UEC-Saturn”, the enterprise is ready to share its experience which can be of high demand from the point of view of actions implementation aimed at labour efficiency improving in the frame of production system development.
New technological processes and organizational transformations are the resources for labour efficiency increase, that is why a level of technological processes development has been demonstrated to the workshop participants in the course of the excursion organized in UEC-Saturn’s shops, and during the round table Saturn’s representatives shared the results of the production system development service functioning and applied work strategies.
Furthermore in the course of the meeting on the basis of PJSC “UEC-Saturn” the following reports were heard: report of the representative of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Federal Center of Competences” on the results of the first month of work of experts at JSC “Russian Mechanics” and LTD “Road-Building Machines Enterprise”; report of the President from the Yaroslavl State University n.a. P.Demidov on the university competences in terms of labour efficiency improvement technologies.
Before 2024 in the Yaroslavl region it is planned to involve 87 regional enterprises into implementation of the national project “Labour efficiency and employment support”, to train about 800 employees with the methods of labour efficiency increase with the use of Lean production tools. Fifteen (15) enterprises of the Yaroslavl region have already entered into the pilot program on labour efficiency increase technologies introduction. According to the words of Galina Penyagina
, Director of the regional investments and industry department, a growth of labour efficiency by 15% is expected from the pilot enterprises at year-end.
The main tool of the national project goals achievement is an activity of federal and regional centers of competences in labour efficiency sphere.
