June 03, 2020, Rybinsk. – UEC-Saturn (part of United Engine Corporation, a State Rostec Corporation company) announced contracted admission to industry-specific educational institutions: Soloviev Rybinsk State Aviation Technical University (RSATU); Academic Korolev Samara National Research University; Yaroslavl State Technical University.
The overall contracted intake is twenty four. The studies embrace such fields of knowledge as “Mechanical Engineering”, “Design and Production Engineering Support of Engine Building Facilities”, “Electronics and Nanoelectronics”, “Airborne Vehicle Engines”, “Metallurgy”, “Standardization and Metrology”, “Development of Aircraft and Rocket Engines”.
The advantages of contracted studies are as follows: the possibility of getting a state-financed education; guaranteed practical training of all types in the company; guaranteed employment after graduation; start of career in the company without waiting for graduation. Contract students who have good and excellent marks will be able to receive an additional scholarship, supplementary benefits following their practical training as well as following the defense of their degree work when recruited by the company.
Applications from graduates and their parents to bid for an educational course selected from the contracted list will be taken by UEC-Saturn’s Training Centre from the 1st to 24th of July 2020. In late June, 2020 it is scheduled to perform the admission procedure as related to a group of applications for the course "Airborne Vehicle Engines” at Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) (bachelor’s degree program, profile "Airborne Vehicle Engine Technology”).
