For the third time, the UEC enterprise in Rybinsk together with the municipal Department of Education has launched the contest for the best project of "Labor Engineering Training for Preschool Children." This is part of the company's career guidance activity covering not only institutes of higher education and schools but kindergartens as well.

The United Engine Corporation of the State Corporation Rostec will create a digital twin of a new generation marine gas turbine engine for ships with displacement tonnage up to 12 thousand tons. The development will allow managing the life cycle of the power plant unit, increasing the reliability and commercial attractiveness of Russian marine engines. The digital twin will be completed in 2023.

UEC-Saturn (part of United Engine Corporation, a Rostec State Corporation company) will keep on lending all possible support to vocational guidance projects implemented jointly with the basic university and the Department of Education, believing that developing the system of pre-university engineering training for schoolchildren is a top-priority task of replenishing the HR as well as scientific and technical potential of companies. That was announced by Deputy General Director - Managing Director of UEC-Saturn Viktor Polyakov at the videoconference chaired by Dmitry Mironov, Governor of the Yaroslavl Region, on February 4.

Following "The Storm of Innovations-2020" contest held by JSC UEC, the hybrid additive forging process developed by PJSC UEC-Saturn (part of United Engine Corporation, a Rostec State Corporation company) was considered one of the best Research & Advanced Developments. Rough part manufacturing from a synthesized titanium-base alloy using additive production methods enables to significantly improve the manufacturability and economic attractiveness of blade forging process.

Four delegates of UEC-Saturn PJSC (part of United Engine Corporation, a Rostec State Company) rate among the TOP 100 Process Engineering Leaders in the third enrollment of the Rostec Academy's program "Vector". Two UEC-Saturn employees became participants of the Extramural Track 2020. The overall number of people registered in the program was 3028, 95 applications were submitted by UEC-Saturn.
